A. We are confident our service sets us apart however we use less marketing and use more word of mouth branding, this keeps our cost low and this brings the savings to you.
Q. How committed are you in earning our business?
A. If you have received a written estimate from any of our competitors, show us proof and you'll receive a special discount.
Q. Do you use environmentally clean products?
A. Yes
Q. What kind of products do you use?
A. We use green cleaning products from Clorox. We also use a Dyson vacuum which is asthma & allergy friendly.
Q. Do we have to supply the products?
A. No, we have all the cleaning products to use.
Q. What if I have products I rather use?
A. If you do have products you prefer we use, we certainly will agree to use them.
Q. What if I didn’t like an area that was cleaned?
A. We want to make sure you’re very satisfied. If for some reason you’re not pleased call us or email us within 24hrs and we will schedule someone to go back and fix the issue.
Q. How many people come to clean the house?
A. We have a team of 2 people.
Q. How long do you stay at the home you clean?
A. We don’t charge by the hour so there is no certain hour we stay, however our team of 2 will stay until the job is complete.
